The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private terrace for relaxing evenings. The apartment features a private pontoon with the possibility of swimming. The property is located 4 minutes by car or a 26-minute walk from South Beach and offers a view of the port. The marina faces west, providing an ideal setting for enjoying the sunset. The Le Trident shopping center, which includes a tobacco shop, bakery, butcher, and Spar supermarket, is just a 6-minute walk away. Other local attractions include Seaquarium Amigoland, Casino Tranchant, the salt flats of Aigues-Mortes, and horseback riding facilities. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Bringing pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. 3 bikes (2 for adults and 1 for a child) are available. Please, note that the mezzanine sleeping area is not suitable for adults.
